Warranty

All our gaming PCs come with a 2-year warranty for consumers (1 year for B2B/IČO) on all components. We use only original parts from trusted brands to ensure top reliability.

What’s Covered?

Repair or replacement of faulty components due to manufacturing defects.
Free diagnostics and technical support by our Slovakia-based team.
Warranty starts from the delivery date.

What’s Not Covered?

Damage from improper use (overclocking, physical impact, or liquid damage).
Broken warranty seals or unauthorized hardware modifications.
Software issues, viruses, or OS reinstallation.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., thermal paste or dust accumulation).

How to Use the Warranty?

Describe the issue; we will provide remote diagnostics.

If needed, ship the PC to our service center (we cover shipping for confirmed warranty cases).

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery (per Slovak Act №108/2024 Z.z and EU regulations).
Custom built PCs: Per § 19 (1) c), returns are not applicable to goods made to the consumer's specifications (VICE X builds).
Value Reduction: We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product is returned with activated Windows licenses, broken seals, or signs of use.
